Fatigue Reporting

A system for reporting incidents or concerns about fatigue is a vital step towards understanding and managing the true extent to which fatigue is impacting upon safety and the business.

Clockwork work with clients to develop Company Fatigue Reporting Systems that enable crew to readily report all fatigue concerns, as well as providing the organisation with a clear process for responding to reports.

Some of our larger clients have Safety Departments which can manage this process in-house, while others prefer to outsource the process to Clockwork to ensure employee confidentiality. In these cases, Fatigue Reports are sent directly to Clockwork where they are anonymised and the data are collated, analysed and reported back to the client on a monthly basis.
