The training examines the science behind sleep and fatigue, the body’s 24-hour alertness rhythm and the mechanisms by which fatigue can accumulate from one day to the next.
Having been given a firm grounding on the science of fatigue, delegates are then presented with scenarios that they may encounter during their work, using actual rosters typical of the work patterns in their organisation.
